We have developed the automatic mold release spraying machine with robot to keep the quality stability of aluminium products.
The improvement of the saving-space and operation efficiency is possible with one robot arm having multiple-functions.

Problems before development
- With an old type of spray nozzle (atomizer), frequent maintenance was necessary to avoid the logged nozzle part.
- Liquid materials spraying time. Adjusting consumption quantity, difficult to control (the optimum spraying suitable to casting conditions)
- Simultaneous automation of the related peripheral equipment (holding down introduction cost with highlighting of performance quality)

Saving of the trouble of maintenance by increasing sustainability and holding down the coagulation of inner nozzle due to the outer mixing of liquid materials.(coping with both water-soluble and oily mold release) Contributing to the cost-savings by holding down the consumption of mold release with spraying an ultra-fine particle. Multiple-function with one unit robot hand
Realization of operation-efficiency factory by coping with the simultaneous multiple operations.
Both decreasing of introduction cost and saving-space in factory can be attained comparing with the usage of many robot arms.
