case4 Wheel working line

Product outline

This is a re-palletizing machine after picking up disc one by one by robot hand, randomly accumulated on the pallet to convey to processing machine to inspect.

 

Problems before development

The way of position-detecting and of taking out disc tilted, in order to take out disc one by one without fail randomly accumulated on the pallet.

  • By making robot have laser-sensor, robot can detect the tilt and positioning of disc.
